For the Love of...

The project, titled "For the Love Of," required us to select a topic and create a 2-minute film on it. As a group, we chose weaving because we wanted to learn a new skill. We began by making our own looms and practicing weaving. Along the way, we attended classes and visited weaving shops to gain a greater understanding of the craft. Through our exploration, we met members of the weaving community and gained insight into why they are passionate about it. We examined both factory-made and hand-crafted weaving and learned about all aspects of the craft.
